We do not guarantee transaction completion or terms, provide investment advice or recommendations, or hold custody of precious metals or client funds.
Independent Third-Party Transactions
All transactions facilitated through our platform are conducted between independent parties. GTX Markets is not a party to any purchase, sale, or delivery agreement. Each transaction is subject to independent negotiation, documentation, and execution between buyer and seller. Users enter into direct contractual relationships with their counterparties without GTX Markets as an intermediary to the actual transaction terms.

Platform Liability Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GTX Markets' liability for platform-related issues is limited to the fees paid for our services in the preceding 12 months. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, damages exceeding amounts paid to GTX Markets, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control. These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory under which liability is claimed.
